Where Should My Money Go
Every soon to be seller asks me the MILLION dollar question: Where should I put my money to get my best ROI? I pulled from some of my favorite sources, as well as give my own input on where your dollar counts the most.

My own theory: First impression is everything so when it comes to getting your home ready on the market, we want to consider a few items. Where do homeowners spend the most time? What will be the most usable spaces? What will buyers look for on their showing? How can this home stand out against the neighbors? My top 3 spaces to consider: Greenspace, Kitchens & Bathrooms.
Check out some of there famous Before/After Photos and you'll get a glimpse of what these homeowners' ROI may have been:
Kitchens: Some of these kitchens just needed a little facelift; layouts are kept the same, but just need a little sprucing. Others needed a whole love of lot and a whole lot of demolition.
Bathrooms: These can be tricky spaces, especially if they are small. But if you are strategic about organization, color, and layout, they can make all of the difference in the world!
Greenspace: You cant argue that everyone's first impression is the yard. If it looks sloppy and not maintained, one can assume the interior shares those same qualities. Womp, womp!
